A support ticket is automatically created and you may download your files there.

For Services

A support ticket is automatically created and assigned to the appropriate department. You will receive confirmation through email and can continue communication through our support system.

Managing Subscriptions

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically refund previous billing periods.
